Panel Overview

Our premium panel range – PIR panel, consists of a closed-cell rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core, thermally bonded between two tensile PPGI sheets.

Cycleworld manufactures PIR panels on a fully automated continuous production line that provides a precise and controlled manufacturing process that is also CFC and HCFC free.

Our continuous production process ensures consistent quality in our panels and provides excellent thermal performance for clients in commercial frozen food production, retail distribution, logistic and warehousing facilities.

Panel Overview

Our PUR panel range consists of a closed-cell rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam core, thermally bonded between two tensile PPGI sheets.

Our PUR panels can be specifically tailored to meet customers’ precise needs, with added options like Camlock locking systems and customized skin options. Our flexibility for PUR panels ensures that clients receive tailored-made solutions for their projects.

PUR panels are CFC and HCFC free and are excellent thermal solutions for medium to small scale projects for commercial frozen food production, retail distribution and logistic and warehousing facilities.

Product Overview

Cycleworld Panel Floor labs are crucial to the thermal insulation and temperature control in extremely cold facilities such as blast freezer rooms (up to -40C) and other cold stores (5C to -20C) .

Our closed-cell PUR rigid foam slabs are excellent barriers to impede thermal transfer to the ground.

Used within the construction of typical cementitious flooring of factories and warehouses, our range of slabs is presented in 3 scientifically tested densities, to allow clients to pick the option most suited for the application and project.
